Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the OctoIPTV4K service or website. By accessing our website or subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. About OctoIPTV4K

By using our website or service, you ("the customer", "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.

2. Eligibility

To subscribe to and use OctoIPTV4K, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when contacting us
  • Have access to a compatible device and a suitable broadband internet connection

By subscribing, you confirm that you meet all of the above requirements.

3. Subscription & Activation

All subscriptions to OctoIPTV4K are arranged directly via WhatsApp at +44 7782 296737. Available plans are as follows:

  • 1 Month — £12
  • 3 Months — £24
  • 6 Months — £40
  • 12 Months — £55

Multi-device plans are also available and must be arranged via WhatsApp. Prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of all applicable charges. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; changes will not affect active subscriptions.

Upon confirmation of your order and receipt of payment, your login credentials will be delivered to you via WhatsApp. Activation is typically completed within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.

4. Payment

All payments are arranged privately through WhatsApp. We do not operate an automated payment portal. Payment methods accepted are communicated to you directly at the time of subscription.

All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the funds are legitimately available.

OctoIPTV4K does not store, process or have access to your payment card details or banking information. All financial transactions are conducted privately and directly.

5. Renewal & Expiry

All OctoIPTV4K subscriptions are one-off payments with no automatic renewal. Your subscription will run for the duration selected and expire naturally at the end of that period.

There are no recurring charges. If you wish to continue the service after expiry, you must contact us via WhatsApp to renew manually. We may contact you via WhatsApp to remind you that your subscription is approaching expiry, but we will never charge you without your explicit instruction.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

As our service is a digital subscription activated immediately upon payment, the following applies:

  • Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services. However, by requesting immediate activation of your subscription, you acknowledge and agree that this right is waived once the service has been provided and accessed.
  • We offer a goodwill refund at our discretion in cases where the service has not been accessed or where a genuine technical failure on our part has occurred. Such requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase via WhatsApp.
  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to meet minimum internet speed requirements, or issues caused by third-party devices or applications.
  • Free trial periods are non-refundable as no payment is taken.

7. Acceptable Use

By subscribing to OctoIPTV4K, you agree to use the service solely for your own personal, private, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

  • Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your login credentials to any third party without our express written permission
  • Use the service for any public performance, commercial screening or broadcast purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, hack or interfere with our servers or streaming infrastructure
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable UK law
  • Use the service to transmit harmful, offensive or unlawful content

Important: Breach of these Acceptable Use terms will result in the immediate termination of your subscription without refund. We reserve the right to monitor usage for the purpose of detecting account sharing or misuse.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a 99.9% server uptime and monitor our infrastructure continuously. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Planned maintenance, unexpected technical issues or circumstances outside our control (including internet service provider issues, force majeure events or third-party infrastructure failures) may occasionally affect service availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned maintenance via WhatsApp in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

A minimum download speed of 10 Mbps for HD and 20 Mbps for 4K streaming is required for optimal performance. We are not responsible for poor streaming quality resulting from an insufficient or unstable internet connection on the customer's side.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the octoiptv4k.com website — including text, graphics, logos, design elements and code — is the property of OctoIPTV4K or its licensors and is protected by applicable UK intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of our website content without our express written permission.

OctoIPTV4K does not claim ownership of any third-party content accessible through the IPTV service. We act solely as a technology intermediary providing access to streams.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, OctoIPTV4K shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the service
  • Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity
  • Any damage caused by viruses or other malicious software that may infect your device as a result of using our service or downloading any content
  • Service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your most recent subscription period.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the service without notice or refund in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions, including misuse or unauthorised sharing of credentials
  • Fraudulent or abusive behaviour toward our team or service
  • Providing false information at the time of subscription
  • Any activity that we determine, at our sole discretion, poses a risk to our service or other customers

You may terminate your subscription at any time by choosing not to renew. As there are no auto-renewals, no further action is required on your part to cancel.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via WhatsApp.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us directly via WhatsApp so that we may attempt to resolve any dispute informally and promptly.

If you are a consumer resident in the UK, you also have the right to access the UK Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes relating to online services.
